Requires extraction of checkout/vcs update time from build total time.

Should provide graphs:
1. clear build time for the last week, without any controls, on build configuration page. Should be cached, with cashe clearing when corresponding build configuration finishes
2. Build duration screen on Statistics tab, with per-agent filter, with duration filter, with possibility to select type of shown graph: full time, build time, test time.
