  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
The UI should show what triggered a build:

  • a vcs change (which ones)?
  • a user manually triggering a build (and if so, which user)?
...

There can be many VCS changes, which trigger particular build.
Currently, this information is available only in build queue

This would make it easier to reproduce cases of http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/TW-1030 ... which I have been seeing on my installation as well (with TFS as VCS)
