  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
1. Ensure that your SDK doesn't contain any debug-rlated gems
2. Cteare a new Rails project
3. Set a breakpoint, try to debug

No suggestion to install ruby-debug-ide gem appears, debugger silently quits


Environment: Windows Vista X64
ruby 1.8.6 (2008-08-11 patchlevel 287) [i386-mswin32]
