RUBY-4142 Idea 8.1 wont start after plugin update

  The issue is visible to the selected user group only

Updated ruby plugin in plugin section. After that idea hangs in start up.

Thread Dump attached.

After I removed the plugin from ~/Library/AppSuppport ... it was fine

Environment: OSX, Idea 8.1

Fixed plugin version is available for download
