RUBY-3716 Navigation to diagram: standalone classes, namespaced modules uncovered

Issue is visible to: All Users

1. Switch to rails view
2. Select a standalone class or a namespaced model
3. Ctrl+Alt+D

Diagram is open but there is no selected class in focus
Works normally with regular models
