RUBY-3381 RubyMine doesn't allow to type "B", "C" and some other letters in "Find in Path" and "Replace in Path" dialogs

Issue is visible to: All Users

RubyMine doesn't allow to type "B", "C" and some other letters in "Find in Path" and "Replace in Path" dialogs. E.g. SHIFT+B and B with enabled CAPS LOCK types nothing. (keymap - Mac OS X and others)

Environment: MacOS 10.5.6, java 1.5, RubyMine #784
