When a certain type of code error is detected (see screenshot for at least one example), the code highlights to red (expected), and then all of a sudden the up/down arrow key doesn't work anymore. I also just realized that the Tab key doesn't work either. The only thing that fixes it is to click another application window and then click back into Visual Studio.

This doesn't happen for all errors, just certain ones. I'm unsure of the exact pattern.
