RSRP-70021 "Search in comments and string literals" option during rename is de-selecting itself at some point

I'm sorry I can't give a better description of this, but I've noticed that the option is deselecting itself. I generally keep this on, and so have missed a few renames because of this.

Unfortunately I can't give reproduction steps for this, but I wanted to alert you of this as you're entering beta cycle now.
