RSRP-62571 Go to Declaration (Ctrl + left click) not supported for <include /> xml comments

Issue is visible to: All Users

Currently the EAP does not support Ctrl + left click navigation to the xml fragment defined by an <include /> statement in xml comments. All other items in xml comments are supported (parameters, types and methods etc). I would be nice if Ctrl + left click worked on <include /> elements as well.
