RSRP-52425 Does not recognize LINQ syntax

we are using studio 2008 beta 2 with .net 3.5 (which includes LINQ). Microsoft understands it and it compiles and runs fine, but Resharper does not recognize it. Reformatting the code complete goes crazy.

Is this going to be part of Resharper 3.0?
