RSRP-47762 VS.NET crashes with stack overflow browsing to method definitions in System.Collections.Generic

Issue is visible to: All Users

Whenever I select "Go To Definition" on the System.Collections.Generic.IDictionary.TryGetValue() method VS.NET crashes, apparently with a managed stack overflow exception. The stack trace is attached. I'm not sure when it started happening, but it now happens every time for every method I've tried in the System.Collections.Generic namespace and does not happen for any methods I've tried in any other methods.

Please try the 3.0.2 release - the problem should be fixed there.
