RSRP-47277 Tooltip for "obsolete" attribute doesn't accept international characters

Issue is visible to: All Users

International (norwegian in this case) letters in "Obsolete" attributes isn't displayed correctly in tooltips.

Instead of "Må fikses", the tooltip displays "M\xe5 fikses"

This is very annoying (even though you obviously can live with it)
