RSRP-44958 Configurable keys for activating the Go To Declaration using mouse klick

Issue is visible to: All Users

The Go To Declaration is very useful but not when it is mapped to the Ctrl+Left mouse. Since I use ctrl and left mouse click to mark a complete word(s) I would like to remap the Ctrl+Left mouse to something else, like Shift Left Mouse or Ctrl+Shift Left mouse or some other combo.
