RSRP-44609 Go to Type dialog: Allow type's FullName

Issue is visible to: All Users
  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
Allow the input of the Full name of a type on the "Go to Type" dialog.
For instance, if you type ListBox you'll see:
* System.Web.UI.WebControls.ListBox
* System.Windows.Forms.ListBox

The system should allow the usage of FullNames to search types as:
* System.Windows.Forms.ListBox
* System.*.ListBox
* System.Web.UI.WebControls.*
