RSRP-35566 Variable name completion lowercases the prefix

Issue is visible to: All Users

if one tries to complete, for instance, the following statement: PropertyGrid topLeft| and presses Ctrl+Space, all the suggestions start with 'topleft' and not 'topLeft'
