RSRP-35041 Goto project in Solution Explorer

Issue is visible to: All Users

that should act as GotoType

the feature is Extremely necessary for it's absolutely impossible to find anything place under Solution Folder

I'd make it feature of "Go to File", i.e. include project names with appropriate icons into the list. When hit, it just positions Solution Explorer on the project.

I don't think so. There are plenty of files and just a few projects

After dsha implements navigation to IProject, implement GotoByName-based feature to navigate to projects.
