RSRP-34487 Refactoring form disappears in Vista

Issue is visible to: All Users

VS2005, Windows Vista

1. Start any refactroring
2. Switch out of ReSharper
3. Switch back to VS.

Refactoring form disappears and it is impossible to see it again (one can see it in Spy though)
