RSRP-33439 IntelliSense is turned off after a fresh install of ReSharper

Issue is visible to: All Users

IntelliSense options are set to use ReSharper features, but 'Auto-popup after dot', 'Auto-popup after new' and 'Auto-popup after a character is typed' options are unchecked
