RSRP-32435 'Include keywords longer than:' counter issue

Issue is visible to: All Users

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to ReSharper > Options > IntelliSense > Code Completion tab
2. Try to modify 'Include keyword longer than:' option by clicking up/down arrows or focusing the control: it's value becomes '00x' instead of just 'x'
