  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
With beta1, ASP.NET AJAX has moved controls into the "asp" tag prefix. ReSharper does not recognized them (e.g. <asp:UpdatePanel ...> gets underlined red.

are you sure this underline is ReSharper's not VS?
Are there red marks on error stripe?

You are right, this was a visual studio issue, addressed in vs 2005 sp1.
