RSRP-29879 Invisible Brace Popup: Tabs Expanded Incorrectly

Issue is visible to: All Users

When there are tabs in the brace tooltip text, they're expanded as 8 spaces always. If the DEVENV setting differs (usually, this is the case), the brace gets misaligned.
