RSRP-124003 Incorrect naming suggestion for a dictionary

Issue is visible to: All Users

Variable of type "Dictionary<Foo, Bar>".
Type "myFooTo" as its name and press completion. It suggests "myFooToBars". Apparently it should be "myFooToBar".
