In my project, for instance, unit test function names should be named like

Test_TargetFunctionName_ConditionsAndOrParameters()

I think, other projects or team might intruduce their own names conventions.

Currently, Resharpes allows a user to select template from a poor set of templates and optionally add prefix and suffix.

It will be a good feature to allow a user to specify a regular expression - it will cover the most types of naming conventions.
