RSRP-113604 Installing over much older version does not reset naming rules

Issue is visible to: All Users

After installing 1266 over (i suspect) 4.0 which had no naming rules for members, the initial rules had memberField instead of _memberField format. Hitting the "R" several times after selecting all of the formats reset it to the proper format with the underscore. The installation should properly initialize all the formats from the start.
