RSRP-105901 ReSharper suggests to import non-generic type after typing "<"

Issue is visible to: All Users

I typed "List". System.Collections.Generic is imported and so it's not colored in red.
I type "<". Import popup suggesting to import "NUnit.Framework.SyntaxHelpers.List" appears!
