Maven: excluded folders are not updated after goal running via RunConfiguration

the same as for extra src roots detecting:
  • change the default outputDirectory from ${build.directory}/classes to ${build.directory}/bin in pom.xml
  • add some maven goal as one to be executed before launch in any RunConfiguration
  • run this configuration: goal is executed, but the excluded paths in module settings are not updated
