Maven: if some goal is run from Run configuration ('run Maven goal before launch' option), the generated sources are not recognized |

if you add to pom.xml some plugin that generates sources, and then run any goal by embedded maven, the directory with generated sources is recognized as new src root.
However, if any run configuration that executes maven goal before launch is run, the new src root is not recognized.
