Originally suggested in http://intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=28145#791498 , basically whenever generic type arguments could be inferred, IDEA should fold them. Eugene's example was "Map<Integer, String> m = new HashMap<...>();" where the ... is the folded region.
