IDEA-49479 OSGi support: manifest.mf editing: support completion for Import-Package property attributes

Issue is visible to: All Users

actually the attributes (bundle-symbolic-name, version etc.) are highlighted, but no completion and validation for the attributes and their values are provided
Values: for example, it would be nice to autocomplete the available bundle-symbolic-names and validate the syntax of version ranges

Yes, this is a feature that will eventually finds its way into OSGi Support/Osmorc. It was always postponed because of other more important bugs and features.
