IDEA-49476 OSGi support: facet configuration: provide support for AdditionalProperties editing in ManifestGeneration dialog

Issue is visible to: All Users
  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
you can provide the properties to be inserted to manifest.mf file generated by osmorc in the ManifestGeneration tab of osgi facet configuration.
Unfortunately the options can be edited there as plain text only: no completion is available. It would be nice to provide some support there

Also added this support to the library bundlification dialog. It's now syntax highlighting, auto-complete and intentions.
