Create a workspace and set up two mappings that belong to two different TFS projects, i.e. c:\test\foo <-> $/Foo, c:\test\bar <-> $/Bar
Make modifications for both local paths (under c:\test\foo and c:\test\bar) and try to commit.
You'll get an assert thrown.
