actually if the idea project has few vcs roots mapped to different CC views, then the DeliverActivities action takes the first one and invokes cleartool deliver -g command for this path.
It is impossible to deliver activities from the other views.

If the vcs root is configured so that no view corresponds to this path (path is outside the view), then action is disabled.

It would be nice to invoke action for selection context
