IDEA-46545 Wrong Help page is mapped to the New Project Wizard | Flex module | Sources Page

Issue is visible to: All Users

When we create a new project with a Flex module, we step through two pages: Sources page and Flex SDK page. Both pages have Help button, that refers to "New Project From Scratch. Flex Page" topic, which is wrong.
Help button on the Sources page should lead to "New Project From Scratch. Sources Page", please correct the mapID for the Help button on the Sources page.

mapID = reference.dialogs.new.project.fromScratch.source
