IDEA-46533 Settings / Live templates: Reset does not reset template properties

Issue is visible to: All Users

Settings / Live templates.
Open a template properties (tested output/sout).
Change text, description, abbreviation, context. Ok.
Reset is enabled. Reset.
Check template properties: they are not reverted.
