IDEA-46090 Project Path variable description not saved

  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
When I define a path variable for a project and enter a description for what the variable is and another user pulls down the project, when they open the project, IDEA asks them to enter a value for the path variable but the description I entered isn't displayed to the user
