IDEA-44602 End key not working in empty lines (for Velocity files).

Issue is visible to: All Users

The End key(functionality) is not working in Velocity files, for the empty lines:

for lines with some code, the cursor jumps to the end of line, but for empty lines (between non-empty lines) the cursor

is not jumping the the right position.

Environment: Win2k+sp4
