move the package with files to diff package:
---> the new package with files appear as unversioned, but the old package with files are not shown as locally deleted. So after commit the files in old-named project have 'checked out but removed locally' status.
If it is impossible to support package move fully in this version (with history preserving), then the move as delete+add should work normally at least

Issue was resolved
