IDEA-41410 ClearCase: file rename in offline mode is treated incorrectly

  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
switch to offline mode
refactor/rename the class –> it appears as renamed in Changes view
switch off the offline mode:
---> the file disappears from Changes view. The old-named file has status 'loaded but missed' (not present in project), new-named file has view-private status, but in idea it is not shown as unversioned or anyway
