IDEA-40905 Subversion: externally committed files remain in Changes view and keep blue color

Issue is visible to: All Users

from idea modify some files in svn-enabled project - they appear in Changes view and get the blue color.
externally commit the changes, return to idea: the files status is not updated.
Refresh in Changes view helps
