Issue is visible to: All Users
  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
The bookmark mark on the sidebar is not really visible, that's the reason I dont use it much.
Is it possible for entire line in editor, on which the bookmark is set, to have different background?
E.g., a line being edited also can have different background, and it's quite handy.
