100% reproducible, also received several complaints from the users, like:

"I have IntelliJ IDEA 7.0 and I'm trying to share my project into my local Subversion repository.
I use: Version Control > Subversion > Share Directory... but nothing changes. I mean the Add menu item is disabled, Commit is disappear and Share
Directory is enabled again.

I have already do this in IntelliJ IDEA 6.0, (Share Directory, and then Commit Directory and that's all) and it works, but in IntelliJ IDEA 7.0 I
can't share my project."

I think I have the same issue, but I'm not 100% sure, since I don't know exactly what Share Directory is supposed to do:

...and still broken in #8418.

Any chance of a fix?

still no love in #8445

I'm actually a little surprised that fixing something like this isn't a high priority.
