Issue is visible to: All Users

if you uncheck the 'recursive' option in Get dialog that is shown on UpdateProject invocation, the -R option is issued anyway

"Recursive" is the default and only possible value for the project updating operation. What is rather meaningful is making it disabled while in the predefined value.
