IDEA-35711 VSS: Changes tab "Locally Deleted File" filled with unversioned files

Issue is visible to: All Users

IMHO the main problem is that Idea treats local files as "locally added", even though there is no such status in VSS
(see separate issues for that).

Right now because I often view test results (csv files and the like) in Idea, then delete the files I have SOME THOUSANDS of files in the special change list "Locally Deleted Files".

It seems that there is no way to get rid of those.
Can I edit a file somewhere and remove them? (I have the feeling that those entries slow things down).

We are going to implement a user-defined mask to exclude such files from all VCS operations.
Hopefully in 6.0.3
