IDEA-35460 VSS: don't log promptings to the UndoCheckOutInfo view if one of the files is checked out to different folder

  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
if the folder contains the file that is checked out by the same user but to different location, then on UndoCheckOut invocation for it the UndoCheckOutInfo view shows the prompting messages - '.....Continue anyway?Y/N N'
