IDEA-35402 VSS: after UpdateProject/GetLatesVersion the new folders appear as modified

Issue is visible to: All Users

invoke UpdateProject or GetLatestVersion:
all folders created as a result of this action (ones created on server) are sown as modified in idea (appear in blue in project tree and changes view)
