I have a Diff window open in the background (launched from clicking on an item in a Repository changelist in the changes view).

In the active editor, I invoke Ctrl-F, then type a prefix, then invoke code completion in the Ctrl-F search box.
Accepting the code completion brings the Diff window to the foreground, hiding the editor I was working in.
