IDEA-20842 Code inspection sporadically forgets dependent library

Issue is visible to: All Users

Sporadically the code inspection forgets a configured dependent library. The project compiles/debugs ok, but references to attached SWCs are marked red. Even navigation to the external class marked red via CTL-B works ok. Very irritating.
