IDEA-19521 "Confirm Exit" is always shown after canceling an exit with background processes in progress

Issue is visible to: All Users
  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
  • Configure IDEA to not ask before exiting
  • Try to exit IDEA while background processes are running
  • IDEA warns about background processes and asks whether to really quit.
  • Cancel the exit
  • Wait until background processes are finished
  • Try to exit again
=> Bug: IDEA pops up the "Confirm Exit" dialog. The settings configured in the first step is lost.
