When there is a long error popup for mismatched parameter types in method calls, the formatting of the popup is extremely annoying. IDEA makes the popup as wide as the screen, and breaks the signatures it's trying to describe over two lines, with a small, unusable scrollbar. (SEE ATTACHMENT)

If the message being presented is long, then an alternative view would be prefered, maybe presenting the mistyped arguments to the method as a vertically-oriented list rather than as a very long line.
