IDEA-15636 Active buttons after converting project

Issue is visible to: All Users

After opening and converting a project, the Convert Project some buttons remain enabled but should be disabled.

Only Finish and Help should be enabled.

Previous should be disabled. Project has been converted and old project file has been renamed.
Cancel should be disabled for the same reason.

AFAIR, this is for an ancient idea version, and not applicable anymore - unless someone wants to do cosmetic fixes in old idea versions :)
